Under 16s
We started the 2010/2011 season with a win in our first game in the Bury league but lost our second game by two goals in a closely fought game against Wanderers.
The Under 16's are coached by Jackie Minzie and Yvonne Wood and share Thursdays training session at St Gabriels 7 till 9pm
Congratulations to Eliza Morgan our team captain who gained a well deserved place on the County squad.
Congratulations also to Ellie Smethurst who has been chosen to play in a Leeds open team against an England U17 team at Sheffield this Sunday (19/09/2010
Under 15s Fashion Show
U15,s are raising funds for their 2011 netball tour to Spain. They kicked off with a Fashion show which was a great success. Big thanks to everyone for all their help. Click Here for the Pictures
YWCA Presentation Night
U 15s had a great time at the Presentation night on Friday 2nd July
PONTINS VICTORY FOR YWCA BURY U16s
u15s win at Pontins for the second year in a row now making it three times in total that they have won.
They played Trafford in the final in an excellent match. Parents and girls had a fantastic time.

Ellie succeeded in getting onto the County Academy Squad for the third year running and Ashleigh successfully trialled for a place on on the Leeds NTL Squad. Although Tegan didn't quite make the Leeds NTL Squad, Tracey Neville asked her to come along to the additional training sessions that they would be running.
Well done to the three of them
