Pontins

 
We set off on our annual trip to Pontins with one team only this year hoping to come back with the winners trophy like we did last year. Due to a mix up at Pontins we did not stay on site but at the local caravan park at Presthaven Sands. We arrived on the Friday evening and settled in well as the girls were not due to play until Saturday lunch time they spent the evening having as much fun as they could we even had good weather. We woke up on Saturday morning to extremely bad weather luckily by the time we got to the courts the rain had stopped and it was very windy. We started off well only losing one game unfortunately to Tameside but still finished in the top half our group.
 
We started off Sunday battling the wind and struggled from the start, we could not recapture our form from Saturday and ended up finishing 5th overall. All in all the girls and parents enjoyed the weekend.
 
On a final note I would just like to say a big thank you to the parents of the A team for all their help and support through out the season.
